    As a Community Manager, you will be the key figure in driving our Global iD Cloud User Community consisting of the world’s leading retailers, such as Footlocker, Under Armour, Hugo Boss and Superdry.

    Nedap iD Cloud is our RFID based software-platform that enables source to consumer item level visibility. Our platform helps retailers around the globe to best manage their merchandise availability across channels, from distribution centers right into the hands of the consumer.

    Your team

    The iD Cloud team is a cross-disciplinary team, from sales to development, in an international working environment. As a Community Manager you will work closely with the Implementation, Customer Success, Marketing, Product and Solution Expert teams in our organization and help them to collect input from and bring value to our iD Cloud users.     Required experience and skills

    You are an experienced B2B community builder, who understands the importance of communities for business success. You are driven to build and execute long-term strategies that strengthen the partnership with our customers and helps them excel using our solutions. You have set up vibrant (online) communities and know how to hands-on build on to the foundations of our existing community.

    You are a real team player that easily connects with colleagues across departments. You don’t shy away from taking initiative, have a can-do mentality, and strong sense of responsibility.

    You take the lead in curating and creating content for the community. You have an eye for detail; you can spot the difference between dark grey and black. When communicating, you are clear and respectful at all times. You can swiftly and calmly diffuse a crisis and address matters in a trustworthy and accountable manner.

    You are positive, enthusiastic and adaptable in fast-changing situations. In your role you can keep a team motivated and focused on service excellence.

    You look for opportunities to integrate in-person events with online interactions. You have a curious mindset and are able and willing to travel (internationally) for about 20% of your time. You have an excellent level of English in a professional context.
