    Community Manager

    We are looking for an open-minded, social and energetic Community Manager (Social Media) that loves tech and to connect with people from across the world. Someone that has the ability to develop, implement and manage our social media strategy on Reddit and Discord and feels comfortable interacting, nurturing, managing and growing our online communities with our innovative adult products.

    About the position:


    • In the position of Community Manager you will be part of the exciting marketing and communication team, reporting into the Marketing Ops and Communication Manager.
    • Your day-to-day will include defining the most important KPIs per platform, to set up specific objectives and report on ROI (to measure the success of every social media campaign) and to work with the designers to ensure the content is informative and appealing.
    • You will manage and oversee social media content Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, podcasts and news).
    • You must be ok with adult content as our Reddit and Discord channels serve as a place for singles to meet and connect with their interactive sex toys. You also need to communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong rewarding network.
    • You need to answer any support related questions on both platforms and discuss with customer support or technical teams to find solutions. Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, research sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency.

    Experience & skills:


    • 2+ years in a similar position.
    • Professional qualification.
    • Hands-on experience with Reddit, Discord, Google Analytics, MS Office Suite.
    • Business fluent in English with excellent written communication skills.
    • You need to be a self-starters / self-managing individual that is able to give a status update weekly.
    • Experience in monitoring SEO, web traffic metrics and user engagement.

    You will get bonus points for:


    • Paid Media experience.
    • Knowledge of Jira, Asana and Shopify.

    Employment type:


    • 24 - 32 hours per week.
    • Salary is flexible and based on the level of experience and capability.
    • Ideal candidate lives in or near Amsterdam (must be able to travel to work around 50% of the time).
