The Commercial Retail Coordinator will support the Retail Commercial Development team within the International Retail Operations Department. You are responsible for the coordination, communication, and analysis of our Mystery Shopper program. Next to this you will be coordinating and executing the exchange of relevant operational information from multiple departments and stakeholders, supporting the Commercial Cycle by planning, aligning and consolidating needs and feedback into actions.
You will support the execution of the monthly commercial strategy, the mystery shopper program and multiple commercial and operational projects. All to drive commercial growth and support our frontline heroes by making sure that all employees worldwide are equipped with the right tools to perform best in class and offer the best service to our customers.
Other than that, will contribute to the ongoing development of commercial operations and worldwide customer service. Challenging existing ways of working and pro-actively contributes to further optimization of day-to-day processes and take actions to implement them. For 40 hours per week, give new meaning to the words 'aim big, act small' and:
Be part of the Commercial Retail Development team and reports into the Senior Specialist Commercial Retail Operations
Be the main point of contact for our external Mystery Shopper partner and liaises with local markets for smooth execution and adoption of the Mystery Shopper program
Liaises with Retail Coordinators, Project Managers, Trainers, Area Managers and/ or shop teams
Interacts with several Head Office departments and stakeholders to support the Commercial Cycle – mainly with Marketing & Activations and the Store operations and Communications teams
Supporting the Commercial Retail Operations Team
Supporting in planning and coordinating contents and deliverables for each Commercial Cycle
Operational management of the Mystery Shopper program
THIS IS YOU

In addition, you have analytical, planning and organizational skills. You like to are able to prioritize multiple tasks and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. You have a strong customer and frontline focus and loves working together with several teams and is able to manage multiple projects at the same time. On top of it, you have:
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a fast-moving Retail environment. Retail store experience is preferred
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Bachelor’s degree/ higher professional education in retail, hospitality management, business administration, or comparable (HBO)
Experience with (co-)managing projects in a Retail environment
Fluent in English and working proficiency in Dutch
