    Commercial Operational Lead EMEA

    Bunge and Bunge Loders Croklaan are on a great journey and more lies ahead! In order to be better connected with new and existing customers, acting on the best commercial opportunities, we have designed new commercial processes and ways of operating. The Commercial Operational Lead EMEA will help develop and implement this development. It is a role that combines a commercial drive with optimizing tools and processes and training the team in an engaging and inclusive manner. Interested to know more?     2. Lead the implementation of optimized commercial processes:

    Commercial Excellence program

    You are the owner of Sales Excellence: coordinate and support the organization of training sessions. Then help define the account planning process, lead its implementation and support its integration into SFDC. From there start the cycle of Performance Management: adjust and improve dashboards and implement sales huddles. Free up our commercial teams’ time by implementing the agreed SLA structure into the organization and follow up on meaningful metrics. This leaves space for customer segmentation practical implementation. As lead engine you participate in workshops, structure outcomes and organize follow-ups.

    Sales Force (SFDC)
    You will be a key user and will promote Sales Force as the standard way of working. You achieve this by own insights, for instance through team trainings, creating and implementing standard methodologies, supporting the team with daily practical issues and crafting user manuals. As owner, you collaborate to streamline, automatize and improve processes continuously and coordinate with our shared Service Center, Bunge Business Services (BBS) regarding administrative tasks. The goal is to use the up-to-date system for driving connection with our customers, by leading pipeline, creating campaigns and opportunity structure, leading change from product orientation towards customer, opportunity orientation. To share result and get insights, build dashboard and reports, conduct analyses and integrate market insights and customer feedback into the system.

    Also for SAP you’ll have a key user role: conduct team training and implement standard processes, support the team with practical issues, design user manuals to take full ownership of client master data.

    Focused on account planning. Supporting the process by participating in demand reviews and performance management meetings. This is the second topic to really make an impact.

    What your future manager has to say about the role

    This role really touches the way we work and builds an efficient partnership and close alignment with BLC Transformation Office and regional sales organization. It is an opportunity and responsibility to develop direct trustful relations with(in) the sales team, which includes 12 commercial leaders representing a total team of about 70 sales and technical professionals.

    What to bring to the role?

    This role requires a person with a good commercial mentality, and preferably extensive commercial experience. By nature, you are tech savvy and love to make things easier for everyone. Being structured and organized comes naturally to you, and you realize how you can influence and deliver a message through various styles of presenting with a focus on your target group. In other words you have a good understanding of processes and people. Being conceptually strong, and at the same time able to translate that and work directly with end users in a trustful and hands on way. You approach all interactions with a service delivery approach, are a standout colleague with a desire to help and support our sales team. Besides that:

    • Knowledge of CRM software (SFDC ideally), project management software, database environment and excel
    • Project management experience
    • A Bachelor degree in business
    • At least five years in sales-related roles
