    Commercial Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

    NXP Business Line Advanced Analog (BL AA) is a leader in automotive, industrial, IoT and mobile semiconductor solutions. BL AA Central Marketing is responsible for deploying go to market strategies globally to increase our market share in collaboration with the BL AA Product Lines, NXP Sales teams and Distribution Network.

    We are looking for an senior professional with strong analytical skills and interest in driving operational excellence by enabling a data driven way of working in the commercial marketing team of Business Line Advanced Analog. The commercial marketing team´s key tasks are quoting, planning & forecasting in close cross-functional alignment with multiple stakeholders across the organization. We are a young and dynamic team working at the heartbeat of an exciting industry.

    Your tasks

    As Commercial Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of activities to help developing our business. Below activities will belong to your responsibilities:

    • Support design-in activities and new business opportunities via price quotations and commercial offers based on price analyses, customer and market developments and supply models, and make design win and future sales analyses and reports

    • Prepare yearly customer pricing contracts in line with Product Line strategy

    • Represent customer perspectives in internal PL alignments and vice versa

    • Be a strong support to our sales teams for pricing / business topics

    • Analyze price / business performance and prepare internal report outs

    • Coordinate the commercial aspects of the product lifetime management, by managing the Product Discontinuation Notifications, Product Change Notifications and the Volume Ramp ups of new products

    Key skills & competencies

    • Masters, bachelor’s degree or a higher professional education (HBO/WO), i.e. in business economics / management

    • Solid experience (3-5yrs) in Commercial marketing in a technical environment

    • Strong analytical capabilities, with a sense for numbers

    • Excellent communication and networking skills

    • Pragmatic and open minded team player with high accuracy mentality

    • Affinity with the Semiconductors industry, B2B Sales and international customers

    • Fluent in spoken and written English

    • Working from Nijmegen office
