HEALTHY MIND hire a Commercial Manager – Amsterdam region, Netherlands (H/F)
Healthy Mind, a company based in France, has been offering healthcare institutions therapeutic since 2018 a medical device that combine neuroscience, medical hypnosis and virtual reality to effectively reduce pain and anxiety of patients. Our device also helps to improve the quality of work life for carers, reduce drug consumption and transform the medical experience.
Composed of a young and enthusiastic team, our company wish to develop rapidly in Netherlands following the opening of the market in Flanders. Our ambition is to be present during next years in all care institutions of the territory.
We are looking for a talented individual to participate in the quick growth of our young company, which is already a leading player in the European market.
You will be responsible for the following tasks
· Develop the turnover of your area and achieve sales target
· Manage the customer relationship (prospecting, development, and loyalty)
· Build the Healthy Mind brand in Netherlands
· Advise and train healthcare professionals on the use of the solution and install software updates
· Market and competitive intelligence
· Report weekly commercial activities and meetings rigorously via a precise reporting process
· Participate in the improvement of the product by providing regular feedback to the Marketing and R&D departments at headquarters
You will manage and develop your sector by relying on your commercial experience in medical devices and on regular support of headquarters. Longer journeys required.
Profile of the candidate sought
· You live in the Amsterdam region of Netherlands and speak Dutch and English. French is a plus.
· You have a car licence
· You have experience in the medical field and have a network of healthcare professionals in Netherlands in key hospitals and clinics.
· You are rigorous, curious and at ease with technology.
Type of contract:
· Permanent, full-time and exclusive contract
· To start as soon as possible
· Salary: Fixed according to experience and network (45K à 55K euros) + comission based on performance
