    Salary per month: 4.500 – 6.500 EUR before tax


    Your challenge as Commercial Excellence Analyst

    As a Commercial Excellence Analyst you set standards for day to day commercial decisions across Nouryon. You will also support & manage implementation of the Commercial Excellence capabilities: e.g. marketing, value proposition, key account management, go to market, opportunity management, margin management, pricing management and cost-to-serve as well. Other responsibilities:


    • Identifying business improvement opportunities within the areas of Commercial Excellence (Go To Market and Margin Management), enabled by Digital, CRM, Learning & Development. Besides you will facilitate meetings, workshops to challenge business to take actions toward growth. Furthermore, you perform as an engaged leader while leading events.
    • You perform diagnostics and complexity reduction through data gathering, validation, modelling and analysis transfer into easy-to-comprehend insights compiled in professional presentations
    • Creating and improving repeatable modelling approaches & analysis to help identify growth opportunities and support the business growth strategy and targets.
    • Identifying, reporting and discussing key issues and develop action plans with the Commercial Growth Accelerator Managers.
    • Adapting and maintaining tools related to Commercial Growth Accelerator/Commercial Excellence, Digital and CRM.
    • Continuously developing the commercial & marketing capabilities based on new insights and through adoption of the Commercial Growth Accelerator playbook.

    • You have at least a Bachelor in the field of Engineering, Business, or Finance.
    • You have a minimum of 5 years work experience in related fields with a background in business analysis, marketing, sales and Order to Cash activities.
    • You have experience with SAP ERP, SAP Business Warehouse & CRM Microsoft Dynamics and digital tools (Order platforms, Apps, performance tools) and Google Analytics. Moreover, you are proficient with Excel, Power BI & PowerPoint.
    • You have preferably experience with techniques for continuous improvement: Kaizen, Six Sigma and Total Quality Management
    • You own competences such as critical thinking, prioritizing, and organizing work and excellent communication skills.
    • You are fluent in English.
