    Commercial Controller BNL

    Location: Hoofddorp, NL or Bruxelles, BE


    As a commercial controller you are responsible for:

    • Ensuring the commercial vision and strategy are delivered by translating plans into customer budgets and forecasts and tracking performance against them
    • Integrity and accuracy of Gross Sales – Gross margin & Balance sheet reporting
    • Support the sales organisation with identifying opportunities and mitigating risks. Ultimately, your analysis will provide the insights that allows us to grow our business and improve margins.
    • You’ll tell the story behind the data, providing the financial intelligence our leadership depends on to make critical decisions.
    • You co-create and own the sales processes around S&OP, controlling trade investments, margin protection and optimisation, pricing
    • Maintaining and enhancing promotional planning via sales tool Visual Fabriq
    • Be the linking pin between sales, supply, and finance
    • Ad-hoc analyses

    Travel: occasional travel between 2 Benelux offices is required. Start date: ASAP.

    Requirements for this role:

    • Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business administration
    • 3-6 years of FMCG experience is a must
    • Strong independence
    • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence decision making and driving change
    • Strong Excel & Power Point skills
    • Experience with BI tools, SAP, Anaplan a pré
