About the Venue and Company:

• High-volume operations
• Over 200 rooms (per hotel)
• Leisure focused
• Trendy, new, contemporary concept

About the position

• Responsible for property management
• Ensure and safe environment following health and safety procedures
• Preparation of finances and budgets
• Site visits (travel required)
• Supervising contractor teams and monitoring realization of work

The successful General Manager:

• Bachelor in Facilities Management or +5 years’ experience in the field
• Great communications skills
• Experience in maintenance and feature installations
• Fluent English and Dutch is a must
