About the role
You have a great opportunity to join our iptiQ claims team with close to 100 years of experience in the claims space.
We have 3 exciting focus areas:
Innovate and document complete new transformational customer centric claims handling processes,
Design end to end claims journeys in the Motor and Household space for new Partners, and
Handling claims, Lead our Service Partners, and support our External Claims Handlers.

Your responsibilities will include:
Actively participate in developing the claims value proposition – processes, working procedures, fraud detection rules, litigation prevention and recovery.
Lead all aspects of the activity of the claims outsourcing company, SLA`s, service quality
Coordinate the activity of the claims providers (craftsmen networks, repairers, assistance companies, assessment providers, investigators)
Have ownership of the claims case and handle it/coordinate the case when the outsourcer is involved
Assure continuous communication with the Service Center Agents who own the customer communication, act as a team in finding the best solution to service the customer and the most cost effective one for the company
Continuously monitor the claims KPI`s and process quality, along with customer satisfaction
Analyze the potential of automation in the claims processes and identify areas of improvement

You will work in a team with more than 90 years of insurance claims experience where we are eager to transform and digitalize the claims experience to above and beyond todays' standards. You will be reporting to Head of Claims in Zurich and the position is located in Hoofddorp, The Netherlands.

Relevant diplomas such as WFT basis, WFT Schade Particulier/Zakelijk
Willing to further develop your knowledge
Comfortable working in various digital (new) systems and testing the functionalities. We ask for a certain level of resilience and analytical abilities to test new features and elaborate on new system functions
Good knowledge of Dutch and English + preferably another European language
To be successful at this role, it is meaningful that you have relevant insurance experience with +/- 5 years' experience in the field.
