Responsibilities
- Transform our business model towards circularity for long-term success via large-scale projects
- Master and contribute to trends in sustainability and circularity in our ecosystem
- Implementation of sustainability projects in circular economy, waste management, product innovation, life cycle analysis
- Manage and review product portfolio with respect to sustainability
- Support and advise Director Strategic Marketing in sustainability and circular economy
- Be an integral team member and support team efforts
- Join different strategic marketing projects as key contributor
Qualifications
- Master Degree in Science, Economics or Business Management
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive consensus across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders in a customer-facing environment
- Team player with a passion for driving change towards the circular economy, backed by technical and social skills and broad professional experience
- Strategic thinking and learning ambition; excellent communication and strong networking skills
- Preference for experience in packaging, chemicals and in technical textiles products; basic knowledge of chemistry and technical textiles is an advantage
- Circular economy, waste management, recycling know-how appreciated
- Job location can be in Arnhem (NL) or Kaiserslautern (GER)
