    As a Specialist Advisor, you are responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, catering to VIP clientele and representing the voice of the brand in the English-speaking markets.
    While advising via phone and web-based channels, you are responsible for upholding an excellent level of customer support that coincides with the quality our brands represent in the market.
    We will support you in delivering expert knowledge on the products and brands you represent while providing the highest quality of service. Operating within our guidelines and being a part of our exciting future plans, will allow you to further your market knowledge and develop with our department.

    Understanding that true luxury is in the way the brand supports its customers, you will strive to offer nothing less of excellent client support. As the main point of contact for our customers, they will rely on you to help them (via phone, email and social media channels) in crafting unforgettable moments for their loved ones by selecting the right product for an important occasion in their lives.
    As an expert Advisor, you master the extensive yet intriguing product knowledge and the tools we use, while operating within brand guidelines to uphold the quality we represent. Remembering that you are the voice of the brand, showing your passion and pride in your work is key to connect with our loyal customers and show that we truly care.
    As a smaller team, we are all pro-active and love to help each other. Attention to detail is crucial for our work and so is a good system mind-set, as we use various tools.

    As we are all very social and do our best to preserve a great mood in the office, we organize many different events where we all come together to share drinks, food, and laughs. For example, Mid-summer grills, Organised lunches, Recharge Programme, Learning & Development week with many workshops, Halloween Costume Contest, End of Year Party and many more – and how do we keep all these amazing events on-going? – well, we are proud to say we have our very own Fun Committee (all of us employee volunteers) to make sure that our environment is the best it can be. Also, if you get charged in international environments, we can definitely offer the richness of diversity with currently 37 nationalities in our Amsterdam office.     Also to reward your dedication, we offer a competitive package, which includes base salary, the 13th month, end of year bonus, commission and full reimbursement of travel costs.

    In the interview process with us, we always ensure you have complete insight and transparency. This means you will meet the Managers involved, your future team and get a chance to shadow our excellent Advisors to see how they work.

    After successfully joining us you will be included in our CRC Academy Program. This means that you will initially have 2-3 weeks of training on the brand history + product knowledge, procedures, and tools we use as a global organization. After you have complimented your knowledge with experience you will also be eligible for the on-site visit of the manufacture to get full insight into the production process and a visit to the market and boutiques you support.
