Where can I make the impact?

We’re looking for an experienced CPO responsible for our market leading product. Reporting directly to the founder and CEO, you work with ValueBlue's highly experienced management team and with the product development team. You provide product leadership across the company. You are responsible for our strategic product vision, including product development, product management and technology. You lead product strategy, innovation, product design, project management, and engineering, and align the product vision with the company vision and go to market strategy. You lead product analysis and work hard to deeply understand the problems, needs and desires of our customers.

The product manager, products owners and development manager all report directly to you, and you are responsible for the entire product development team of currently 20 employees, which will grow rapidly.

Do you match our required skill-set?

• Master’s degree in information & communication technology, or related in business/IT;
• At least 5 years of working experience including managing product organizations or leading software engineers, ideally in software or B2B SaaS companies
• Deep experience implementing and guiding product teams with Scrum, Safe, Devops and other software development process methodologies
• Experience with working with Product Manager, Product Owner and UX processes and understand the PO/UX mindset
• Understand and/or have experience with SAAS technologies, concepts and tools like Azure DevOps, Service Fabric, APIs, frontend architecture, multi tenancy, mongoDB
• Knowledge in the area of the digital transformation and/or Enterprise Architecture, ideally experience with standards like ArchiMate or BPMN

• Proven ability to work with, persuade and manage stakeholders
