    Chief People Officer

    ValueBlue is offering a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Chief People Officer. Founded in 2011, ValueBlue is a fast paced and growing international software company. We are the innovative and highly driven organization behind BlueDolphin — the SaaS platform that brings Agile Business Transformation to the fingertips of CIOs and Enterprise Architects across the globe.

    Having just contracted a substantial Series B investment round with a large VC, we are now accelerating our international growth with a focus on the US and the UK, as well as expanding our product development organization. The Chief People Officer will be challenged with defining and building ValueBlue’s capabilities and organizational structure of tomorrow, for the new colleagues we are hiring today.

    How will you make impact as Chief People Officer?

    As Chief People Officer, you will be a key member of the senior management team, and take responsibility for delivering the people strategy and agenda – ensuring that the business is fully equipped to achieve its goals. You will be the custodian of the ValueBlue culture, and you will ensure that our values develop and are maintained as we grow.

    You will also strengthen and further develop the leadership capabilities of our management teams, coaching them on people related topics. Building and maintaining strong relationships with the business is pivotal for creating high performing teams.

    Our growth also allows for many exciting opportunities to set-up new people solutions and initiatives and introduce new ways of working at every step of the employee lifecycle.

    What are we looking for?

    • A highly experienced HR/People leader, with experience in a fast growing, international scale-up environment – ideally in software or SaaS
    • Experience in building strong people solutions, both within the Netherlands and globally
    • Excellent business partnering skills, including counselling and coaching senior management
    • Proven data savviness and strong business acumen
    • Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English
