    Chief Operational Officer

    As COO of our organisation, your responsibilities will be to make sure all procedural aspects of the customer acquisition, retention, and processing runs smoothly. You will be the head of customer-management as well as supporting on different projects relating to e-commerce.

    You will be introduced to our customer administration in which you will have to lead the customers through the entire process according to our system. This will look like this:

    • Managing new customers, introducing our company.
    • Send all necessary documentation and check this for processing the customer.
    • Answer any questions they may have or work through the documentation together with the customer.
    • Send invoices to customers as well as checking payments.
    • If necessary, creating dossiers for our debt-collector if payment is not received.
    • Plan concluding calls and checking whether these are completed.
    • Manage the conclusion of the client.

    Besides the customer-management, there is an expectation of improving the process to make it more efficient and easier. This ability is expected so you are able to find problems or shortcomings within your work. This will lighten your own workload and improve our process.

    For other projects, your role will differ, thus adaptability is important. You must be able to handle different situations and projects. This can range from projects in e-commerce, programming or real estate. This will look as follows:

    • Supporting wherever needed.
    • Solving issues that might arise.
    • Looking for suitable people to fill in roles within this project.
    • Making sure all members of the project have what they need to complete the project.
