As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for a smoothly run operation during service at Jansz., Pulitzer Garden and banqueting. You will ensure a good mice-en-place and you will work in an accurate and fast way during service. As a Chef de Partie, you are responsible for your own party and train the the team. Furthermore, you support with creating the seasonal Jansz. menus.

• You are responsible for the mise-en-place
• You prepare the dishes during service
• You communicate with your team to make sure the service runs smoothly
• Train and support the kitchen team
• Support in creating a new Jansz. menu

Who are you?

• You are a true storyteller with a passion for cooking
• You are flexible to work on weekdays and weekends
• You love to connect with people and create memories by a personal approach of service
• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience
