What if you can make a difference by enabling behavioral and cultural change within Rabobank? Are you that strong and visionary leader who wants to expand this new proposition and has guts?
Rabobank realizes its mission because of its culture, because of the culture you and your team help to shape.
With behavioral science in your genes and your change management skills, you know how to take this new proposition to the next level with your team.
You are the thought leader within our bank when it comes to effective behavioral change, you are a visible link for everyone from working floor to senior management to indicate where and what is needed to improve the banks operational reality.
The Behavior Scientists work in multidisciplinary teams to develop HR products and services. We design and execute interventions to stimulate desired behavior and discourage undesired behavior. As a chapter lead you support your team in any way necessary to realise our mission.
We see behavioral change as a key challenge to achieve our strategic goals.
You help to further release the huge potential of our Rabobank culture. That in all our behavior we live and contribute to our mission ‘Growing a better world together’.
Sandra van Soest (team member): “Our team sets the example for the culture we strive for. Our chapterlead embodies the new leadership we need.”
