    Chapter Lead Learning Fundamentals

    It is our ambition to create a result driven and learning cooperative in which people can continuously up- and reskill, and elevate their craftmanship. In this job as a Chapter Lead Learning Fundamentals you get the chance to play a key role in accelerating learning within Rabobank and build a strong learning culture. In this job you and your team are responsible for advising and realising strategic, tactical an operational learning distribution goals within Rabobank. You are the driving force behind the creation of an environment of continuous learning within Rabobank. In close contact with your team, other chapter leads within the area Culture, Behavior and Learn and business stakeholders you set the standards for Learning Distribution Processes and advise on effective learning distribution opportunities.

    You and your talent

    • A bachelors or masters degree - a degree in education is desirable but not essential
    • Demonstrable experience in working with Workday, preferable Workday Learning
    • Up to date with the latest developments in learning platforms and tools
    • Great stakeholder management skills in order to translate business wishes in learning solutions
    • For this role you have to be based in the Netherlands

    This is what we offer you

    • Up to € 6.481,96 gross per month (scale 10)
    • An Employee Benefit Budget (11% of your monthly salary). You decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, making extra pension contributions or even receiving a monthly cash payout
    • A pension scheme to which you contribute 3,5%
