As Chapter Lead, you will combine working as an IT Engineer, with your role as Lead. About 60% of the time you will work in your own DevOps block (scrum team) on developing and maintaining good quality and future proof IT solutions. The rest of the time you will manage your team. This includes:
Educating yourself and others with the right technical capabilities and the latest innovations
Mentoring your Chapter members on technical craftsmanship
Actively participating in knowledge gaining and sharing by joining communities and events. Furthermore, focus on proper knowledge dissemination across the teams, pushing the limits of our technology and focussing on holistic solutions.
Proper alignment with stakeholders. For example, informing leadership on the alignment you have with the Solution Engineer on the technological landscape and lifecycle. Furthermore you ensure a current stack and room for innovation on the backlog by discussing this with the Product Owners.
On a strategical level you mentor your team, evaluate technical assessments, do interviews and ensure that new employees are properly onboarded.
Take care of the HR processes to facilitate all aspects relating to the influx, development, performance and outflux of employees.

Output Management is part of the grid Enterprise Content Management within ABN AMRO. Output Management facilitates capabilities to communicate to the customers of the bank. We deliver our services within all teams of ABN AMRO and therefor have contact with many Busines Lines and IT teams. We enable communication through all kind of channels, like paper, bankmail, email, sms and push notifications. At this moment we are working towards a paperless future. Next tot this we facilitate our stakeholders to take the best decisions to communicate in the best way with our customers. Within Output Management we facilitate capabilities to communicate to the customers of the bank. That means we support other teams within the bank to connect to our Content Management applications. We make sure archival and distribution through various channels is also realized. Next to that, we support our connectors in their communication intents, by creating, testing and deploying the right templates.
You are the go-to person for this task. You have deep understanding of our Content Management applications EngageOne and Scriptura and know exactly what is required for the connector teams in a DevOps environment. As it is a rapid changing environment, you are keen to keep up with the developments in Content Management and determine how this can benefit our domain in a controlled way. Even better, you are at the forefront of setting these standards in your expertise area! You have proactive communicative skills, the right stakeholder management skills and you are able to work under stress.
