FrieslandCampina Professional is looking for a Channel Marketing Manager Coffee and Team. As Channel Marketing Manager Coffee & Tea, you will join the Global Channel Marketing Coffee & Tea Team. In this role, you will contribute and execute part of the coffee & tea marketing strategy, with the aim to further accelerate growth on our milk solutions for the Coffee & Tea specialists and HORECA.
What we ask
Academic/ Master level and 5+ years of experience
Experience in B2B or B2C marketing or Business Development
Strategic, analytical, out of the box thinking
Good Communication skills and Stakeholder management skills
Good Project Management Skills
Highly commercially obsessed and result oriented
Open and outspoken team player
Interest, affinity or experiences within Coffee
Languages: fluent English

In the job of Channel Marketing Manager Coffee & Tea you will be responsible for
Translate the long term Coffee & Tea strategy in concrete plans/ initiatives product & packaging innovations, commercial innovations.
Drive insights for new & existing market development together with other marketing colleagues and sales.
Segment, Target and position Coffee & Tea chains in Europe.
Initiate and managing the execution of innovation projects and initiatives, based on the channel and portfolio strategies, trends, consumer insights and business insights
Closely co-operates with commercial teams, branding and comms as well as research and development.
Manage allocated budget for Marketing C&T Europe, in line with FrieslandCampina Professional Budget principals
