    Change Manager

    We are looking for a candidate that has the personality, drive and experience to help navigate FrieslandCampina into a new era where information and technology becomes a real asset and competitive differentiator.

    FrieslandCampina IT has defined its strategy, including strategic priorities and supporting programs, effective change management is critical for a successful rollout and adoption of (IT) improvement programs and projects.

    To lead management of change initiatives to ensure effective adoption of technology enabled ways of working, security, data driven culture in Western Europe.Transformation projects are tailored to the business needs and in line with the overall ICT strategy, in order to support business processes and activities.

    • Min 5 years of relevant experience in change management

    • Broad technology, analytics and security expertise

    • Expertise in change strategy and change implementation and change methodologies

    • Fluent in Dutch and English (Spoken and written)

    • Behavior skills: takes initiative, is persistent and persuasive

    Vacancy description

    In this position you will be responsible for:

    • Ensuring (IT) change programs will be effectively rolled out to the targeted audience
    • Manage transformation in the business by adoption of solution/processes with best in class change management
    • Building a solid network of IT and business stakeholders to allow for effective programs rollout
    • Playing an active role in key projects where change capabilities are essential to the success
    • Driving the change and communication agenda, including the organization of events
    • Coordinates and executes Local IT WE communication activities: narrowcasting, SharePoint, yammer, Local IT WE townhall meetings, etc.
    • Coaching colleagues in change and communication management
