    Change & Communication Lead People, Legal & Commerce

    The Change & Communication Lead People, Legal & Commerce supports the various functions of HEINEKEN in a unified way to deliver world-class change and communication aligned to the EverGreen transformation. The role is responsible for leading the development and execution of the respective engagement/communication and change plans for the three functions. The role ensures clear and consistent messaging for the realisation of the functional strategies.

    • Responsible for partnering with People, Legal & Commerce to own the respective change and communication plans aligned to the functional strategies of the three departments, driving internal change & communication activities both locally and globally, (covering annual, quarterly and monthly horizons).
    • Act as a sounding board to People, Legal & Commerce Senior Management and provide strategic advice regarding key messages and clarity and purpose of the communication (co-shape messages).
    • Support, challenge and advise the functional Chiefs, Senior Directors & MTs of People, Legal & Commerce for the planning and delivery of key change and communication activities, e.g. I&D agenda, Purpose, Values, Behaviours.
    • Drive employee engagement through a structured communication agenda to maximize the understanding of the value being delivered by the functions among internal stakeholders, promoting the functions reputation both inside the function and within the wider HEINEKEN community.
    • Take a leading change & communication role in key strategic People, Legal & Commerce projects (e.g. launch of new Company behaviours).
    • Propose and implement opportunities for continuous improvement of tools to empower the function to communicate and plan for change activities in a structured and consistent way as per best practice standards.
    • Create the communication calendar and drive key communication moments for the Chief People Officer.
    • Shape & deploy a Change Management capability building program to equip the three Global Functions to drive change

    • Education: University level
    • Work experience: 8-10 years of experience in leading and implementing change and communicating on a variety of complex business topics, projects and transformational activities on a functional / organizational level.
    • Other fields of expertise: experience in change management and communications
    • Functional skills: experience with engagement and collaboration tools like MS Teams Live events, knowledge of comms & engagement trends
    • Languages: fluency in English

Shape – ability to take complex topics and ideas and turn them into relevant and engaging content for a global audience; demonstrate a long term and bigger picture vision which can be broken down into key change and communication moments to take people on a journey along with the organization. Connect: Manage relationships with stakeholders on strategic and tactical level. Communicate through understanding, influencing without control and customer centric mindset; strong social skills are essential.
