For one of our clients in Amsterdam we're looking for a Buying Operations Coordinator. The company is one of the largest global apparel companies.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Place seasonal and adhoc purchase orders;
- Data management across several systems/tools;
- Monitor suppliers On Time Performance;
- Supplier communication regarding delivery progress;
- Keeping track of critical path and alerting the team do delivery issues;
- Working closely with relevant teams to ensure stock is in the right place at the right time.
Requirements
- You have any kind of earlier experience in the Fashion industry and/or Supply Chain;
- Analytical and result orientated mind-set;
- High level of accuracy and problem solving skills;
- Comfortable working under pressure with deadlines;
- Pro active, supportive, and hands-on mentality;
- Excellent communication skills in English;
- Advanced Excel skills required;
- Able to work in Amsterdam.
