    Buying Operations Coordinator

    For one of our clients in Amsterdam we're looking for a Buying Operations Coordinator. The company is one of the largest global apparel companies.

    Tasks and responsibilities

    • Place seasonal and adhoc purchase orders;
    • Data management across several systems/tools;
    • Monitor suppliers On Time Performance;
    • Supplier communication regarding delivery progress;
    • Keeping track of critical path and alerting the team do delivery issues;
    • Working closely with relevant teams to ensure stock is in the right place at the right time.

    Requirements

    • You have any kind of earlier experience in the Fashion industry and/or Supply Chain;
    • Analytical and result orientated mind-set;
    • High level of accuracy and problem solving skills;
    • Comfortable working under pressure with deadlines;
    • Pro active, supportive, and hands-on mentality;
    • Excellent communication skills in English;
    • Advanced Excel skills required;
    • Able to work in Amsterdam.
