    Buying Coordinator

    Do you have experience in a fast moving international environment? Are you accurate and excellent with Excel? And would you love to work for an international fashion company? Then you might be the Buying Coordinator I'm looking for!

    The Buying Operations team is responsible for placing and managing the global purchase orders and ensuring timely deliveries. The team works in close collaboration with Sourcing hubs, Vendors, Buying and Planning department, Central Operations and Production teams.

    Task & responsibilities:

    • As a Buying Specialist you will be responsible for order placement and orderbook maintenance in SAP;
    • Place seasonal and adhoc purchase orders;
    • Data management across the several systems;
    • Monitor vendor On Time Delivery and advise shipping mode.

    Skills & requirements:

    • Education: HBO / University degree or equivalent in Business, supply chain, Logistics or equivalent;
    • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in a fast moving international environment;
    • Experience in Fashion industry and/or Supply Chain is an advantage;
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint), Advanced Excel skills required;
    • Analytical and result orientated mind-set;
    • High level of accuracy and problem solving skills;
    • Comfortable working under pressure with deadlines;
    • Pro active, supportive, and hands-on mentality;
    • Excellent communication skills in English.


    • Salary between 2600-2900 gross per month;
    • Fulltime position;
    • Walters People Academy;
    • 24 holidays;
    • Temporary position, with the intension for a permanent position;
