    Job Description

    The function concentrates on the day-to-day performance of procedures, analysis and report preparation to support the department and other internal service areas by answering questions

    In summary the following is expected:

    • Provide a broad range of administrative and low-complexity operational support to front offices.
    • General business analysis tasks (e.g. data mapping exercises, cross-departmental validation work, etc.).
    • Participate in implementation/testing/accepting of new processes.
    • Assisting with client service requests
    • Maintaining client and account data in various systems
    • Support the documenting and maintaining of process flows, procedures and policies.
    • Develop of repository of open issues across business processes and work with stakeholders to follow-up and close.

    The Successful Applicant

    • Must have a Bachelor degree in law or business administration or country equivalent in a related discipline together with equivalent working experience.
    • Alternatively can show strong analytical skills from another discipline
    • 1-3 years of experience in similar position
    • Good Excel exposure
    • Any exposure within customer services
    • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
    • Must have good planning and time management/prioritization skills.
    • Ability to work independently and also to liaise with other departments.
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Punctual and an eye for detail
