The function concentrates on the day-to-day performance of procedures, analysis and report preparation to support the department and other internal service areas by answering questions
In summary the following is expected:
Provide a broad range of administrative and low-complexity operational support to front offices.
General business analysis tasks (e.g. data mapping exercises, cross-departmental validation work, etc.).
Participate in implementation/testing/accepting of new processes.
Assisting with client service requests
Maintaining client and account data in various systems
Support the documenting and maintaining of process flows, procedures and policies.
Develop of repository of open issues across business processes and work with stakeholders to follow-up and close.
The Successful Applicant
Must have a Bachelor degree in law or business administration or country equivalent in a related discipline together with equivalent working experience.
Alternatively can show strong analytical skills from another discipline
1-3 years of experience in similar position
Good Excel exposure
Any exposure within customer services
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Must have good planning and time management/prioritization skills.
Ability to work independently and also to liaise with other departments.
Good interpersonal skills
Punctual and an eye for detail
