You are responsible for
Deploying Philips Excellence Practices in the organizations that he/she supports.
Ensuring alignment and execution within functional domains.
Supporting cross- Markets and BG’s process standardization and simplification.
Supporting businesses to further improve.
Delivering results on capability building throughout work streams and within the vision and objectives of the business.
You are a part of
…a thriving community of process experts, which develop and deploy the Philips Excellence Process Framework globally. You will be part of the Business Process Management Center of Excellence team.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Knowledge of areas related to process management, process improvement, modelling tools, etc.;
Knowledge in Project Management;
Strong understanding of BPMN and process management
5 to 10 years of experience in process management at international
Strong communication skills, able to relate to all levels of the organization;
Knowledge of the ARIS software, certifications are a plus
Strong ability to create sustainable relations across the organization;
Proficient command of the English language;
You live in the Netherlands.
