To lead management of change initiatives to ensure effective adoption of technology enabled ways of working, security, data driven culture in Western Europe.Transformation projects are tailored to the business needs and in line with the overall ICT strategy, in order to support business processes and activities.

Min 5 years of relevant experience in change management
Broad technology, analytics and security expertise
Expertise in change strategy and change implementation and change methodologies
Excellent stakeholder relationship building and communication
Fluent in Dutch and English (Spoken and written)
Behavior skills: takes initiative, is persistent and persuasive

In this position you will be responsible for:
Ensuring (IT) change programs will be effectively rolled out to the targeted audience
Manage transformation in the business by adoption of solution/processes with best in class change management
Building a solid network of IT and business stakeholders to allow for effective programs rollout
Playing an active role in key projects where change capabilities are essential to the success
Driving the change and communication agenda, including the organization of events
Coordinates and executes Local IT WE communication activities: narrowcasting, SharePoint, yammer, Local IT WE townhall meetings, etc.
