IT Supply Chain is accountable for all end-to-end (E2E) Services in its domain. Our customers are all Business Groups as well as Resolver Groups across all IT functions. IT owns the quality of services provided to the business as defined in agreed SLA’s and against agreed costs and ensures delivery of the services by IT supporting functions.
Key challenge for this role is combining in-depth knowledge of template processes, a very good understanding of the FrieslandCampina business and organizational skills to connect to different stakeholders, internally and externally.
Main objectives of the job:
Design, improve & optimize E2E business processes and technology solutions. Balances fit for purpose solutions, process automation and template adherence
Manage and realize business process excellence via IT supported process solutions
Analyze and refine functional and non-functional requirements for delivering the necessary IT service to business
Support to embed change, continuous improvement and innovation into business operations.
What we ask
The Business Analyst we are looking for has:
Academic/Bachelor Master or proven further ‘self-learning education'
5-7 years experience in domain of SAP Deliver process excellence
Great communication skills
Good understanding of business needs & operational requirements within an SAP and Supply Chain domain
A combination of application knowledge, technical knowledge and business knowledge
Self-managing work attitude
Sense of ownership, ensuring projects and other changes are delivered according agreed timelines, quality and against agreed costs
Understanding of ownership of IT services and Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Fluent command of the English language in speech and writing (must), command in Dutch is a plus

The following 4 areas best describe the daily role of the Business Analyst:
I. Business process and technology improvement
Understand E2E business processes and translate business problems and value opportunities into process and technology solutions.
Assess and validate solution options, both technical and functional
Develop comprehensive requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resources to deploy solutions
Support and Manage process re-design and deployment, including business adoption
Interact with (cross) Platform peers, works with third parties on joint delivery
II. Knowledge Expert & Advisor
Coaches/instruct junior colleagues on way of working
Contribute to or to lead a Community of Practice in which IT and Business come together to optimize the E2E services on a certain process area
III. Project Management
Manage and realize medium and large projects and change (classic Waterfall + Agile Scrum)
Manage project rationale and perform scoping assessments to determine feasibility of projects
Develop project estimates & complete financial model
Provides input for domain IT strategy and tactical portfolio planning
Business partner for business stakeholders (e.g. LBPO)
Customer engagement and build a FrieslandCampina business network of Key users
Ensure that relevant stakeholders are involved in specification of new services and/or major upgrades to existing services
Support continuous improvement of the business area based on monitoring (external) developments
