Reporting into the Head of Sales for North Eastern Europe for U4B, you’ll strategize with Account Executives and the broader team to increase Uber for Business presence in the fast paced European market.
We are searching for a highly motivated self-starter, who thrives in a team environment and is a natural problem solver. Our suite of products has multiplied in recent years, so we’re looking for an all rounder with the ability to sell holistically across an organisation with passion, grit and hustle.
What You'll Do
Generate new business opportunities, fuel the customer pipeline with the direction of the Sales team.
Outbound prospecting with creativity and flair via cold calling, email, and marketing campaigns.
Hit assigned Key Performance Metrics that are not limited to, but including daily business outreaches and verifying business lead opportunities.
Uncover a prospect's business challenges, identify relevant new business opportunities, all the while highlighting the Uber for Business value proposition.
Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives at targeted accounts.
Develop an in-depth understanding of Uber for Business, industry trends, and competition.
Lead, supervise, and report on all sales activities and results.
Travel to attend trade shows and client meetings when requested or when vital.
Bring a new way to prospecting and acquisition, crafting individual experiences, promoting a customer-focused mentality.
What you'll need
Bachelor’s degree required
6-12 months of previous outreach skills with business to business sales experience preferred.
Experience with email campaigns and social media strategies.
A positive, hard-working team-member mentality, with a desire to learn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuasively communicate recommendations and optimally champion customer needs.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle time efficiently.
know-how to build outstanding customer relationships.
Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom, and Groove experience is a plus
Advanced proficiency in Dutch and English, a Scandinavian language, is a plus!
