    Business Development Manager IAM

    What are you going to do?

    In the role of Business Development Manager independent aftermarket you will be responsible for drive revenue and growth for the aftermarket business in line with Mitsubishi Turbocharger and Engine Europe B.V. overall aftermarket growth strategy. You will closely collaborate with the distributors of Mitsubishi Turbocharger and Engine Europe B.V. and provide leadership, direction and counsel to the distributor sales force, sales processes and service capabilities. You will lead the Aftermarket Independent Team and the outsourced logistic operations.

    What skills can you bring?

    The Independent Aftermarket (IAM) delivers turbochargers to distributors and end-consumers parallel to our OEM customers. These turbochargers are delivered under the Mitsubishi brand, independent of the OEM (BMW, VW etc.). but for vehicles of the OEMs. The goal is to maximize the turnover, margin and market share of turbocharger

    Requirements for the role

    • HBO Technical / Commercial, business
    administration

    • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in business, Sales, Technical or Marketing field
    • Experience working with independent distributors
    • Experience with go-to-market and channel concepts, practices and processes
    • Aftermarket experience, experience within the automotive industry is a significant advantage
    • Highly motivated with the ability to plan and execute goals
    • Entrepreneurial attitude with a can- do mentality
    • Being able to work independently and think out of the box
    • Excellent collaborator and communicator
    • Relationship and Customer orientation focus on expectations
