    As a Business Development Manager, you are contributing to:

    • The growth of the global Yokogawa SCADA business portfolio in general
    • Initiating, drive and supporting sales activities together with the global Yokogawa organization
    • Supporting the Yokogawa affiliates to enter target accounts.
    • Organizing and/or providing training/seminars for/with Yokogawa affiliates Sales & Marketing departments
    • Representing Yokogawa in external events/committees in relation to promotion
    • Developing contacts with major end-users, in close cooperation with the regional affiliates, to discuss their needs and study market trends
    • Providing daily support to sales units in high-profile sales situations
    • Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas

    What you will bring to us:

    • You are a highly motivated and flexible person who is willing to work in an international oriented company

    • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Process Control Automation preferably in SCADA, DCS or Industrial IT
    • You can easily communicate with various persons throughout the organization, and you enjoy getting valuable information of customers by your interview and conversation skills.
    • You can easily motivate people and get people enthusiastic about ideas and you are an expert in transferring your knowledge of your product portfolio in a comprehensible way to others.
    • You can be described as self-starting, analytical, persevere, customer oriented and accurate.
    • You are international oriented and proficient in English.
    • Service-oriented, commercial attitude, accurate, hands-on attitude
    • Flexibility and willingness to travel around the globe
