Valess is currently sold in 3 OpCos (Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium in Retail and across Foodservice). In those markets a wide assortment of chilled and frozen products are included in the portfolio. Valess plays a key role in the strongest growing category across our core countries – the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. The ambition is to become a truly global brand for a global trend and to provide our consumer with a nutritious and healthy alternative for meat. In order to meet our ambition to grow Valess, we are expanding our brand to the UK, Australia, the US, Middle East, Spain and all other RFC OPCO’s. As core team, this team supports the current operations in OpCos in tactical and strategical issues, portfolio and innovation questions, as well as quantitative insights. By centralzing the roll out of this brand we can maximize efficiency, increase speed and spread knowledge. Therefore a multidisciplinary team is needed with the core functions in finance, sale, marketing and R&D.

Experience with Brands; understands ‘added value’ models
Proven record of commercial, customer facing, experience
Experience in Alternative Protein-, Dairy- and Cheese category
Experience in Retail and Out-of-Home market
Worked in Global (Europe, Asia & America’s) and Local roles
Experience in innovation management, able to understand and manage R&D-projects
Understands ‘end-to-end’ supply chain; production to consumer
Skilled in English and Dutch
