    Business Controller (m/f/d) - Shared Service Centers

    What you will do
    • Business Controller for HR, Corporate Affairs, and Corporate R&D organizations
    • Financial Business partner for all HR related matters within Nexperia
    • Key financial coordinator of all Nexperia bonus plans (i.e. Monthly accruals, tracking of company/department realization against targets, financial planning, etc)
    • Create/coordinate FTE reporting during Month end as well as during Planning and present to Senior Management
    • Coordinate the FTE planning cycles (supporting the HR partners)
    • Prepare financial planning for headcount related matters (i.e. Salary, fringe, bonus, etc)
    • Proactive analysis of potential financial improvements
    What you will need
    • Minimum Master's degree with focus on Finance & Controlling or equivalent required
    • 4 years or more experience in Finance function within an international company, Consultung (Big Four) or similar
    • Strong teamwork orientation
    • Conceptual and Out of the Box thinker
    • Fast anticipation of data and information
    • Ability to communicate at Senior Level
    • Independent worker able to deliver according to planning
    • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on strong Excel skills and PowerPoint), SAP business warehouse, solid SAP FI/CO knowledge
    • Strong analytical and accuracy driven mindset
    • Pro-active attitude with a drive to improve
    • Drive for results and sparring partner to the organization
    • Individual problem-solving skills
