Making a difference
Within the Tribe Data & Analytics you will work together with more than 25 DevOps teams to develop and manage our global data platform. The platform is based on native cloud technology and relies on native Platform-as-a-Service components where possible. We are in full transition in bringing our data estate to the cloud, were we are supporting other teams in our tribe and outside with their migrations.
Within the Tribe Data & Analytics, we are organized in areas. Each area has a number of squads that work on a common purpose, like the enterprise data lake, customer data products, and infrastructure to support operationalization of data & analytics products.
As Business Architect Data & Analytics, you will act as Area Architect for 2 areas: Enterprise Data Lake and Data & Factory Service. You will contribute to our purpose of creating value out of data @scale within these areas and will be the driving force behind several developments, such as aligning the data mesh methodology with our global data platform, scalable production platforms for applied analytics, managing data as a product and many more. All our new developments are done within the cloud using the latest cutting-edge technology. And don’t worry, you won’t have to do this all alone. You will be working closely together with a group of Solution Architects to reach the goals.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with complex data & analytics infrastructure in an enterprise environment
You have extensive experience with working in large organizations on complex technological landscapes
You are comfortable in a leading role, and provide coaching and guidance to a group of Solution Architects
You are familiar with the rituals of Agile / Scrum
You have an opinion and an open view on the future and can clearly communicate about this
You will provide (un)solicited advice to senior managers, tribe, and other stakeholders
You embrace changes and self-leadership is in your DNA!

Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. Our team, CITO Architecture, brings talented people together to jointly shape a vision for the architecture of data & analytics. With you as a Business Architect Data & Analytics, the team will consist of 10 diverse colleagues responsible for a variety of topics like data, security, cloud, IT4IT, Infrastructure. Next to that you will collaborate closely with other business architects and many stakeholders outside Architecture.
Working together in the area triangles of EDL and Data & Factory Services will be highly important part of your working day. You guide the teams towards the best results in a future-proof architecture. We keep each other on our toes and help each other where possible. We expect the same from you.
