    Are you a Business Analyst looking for an opportunity to join a new and ambitious e-commerce team aiming to connect to customers in an innovative way?     As a Business Analyst you will be part of an Agile team, focusing on identifying and analyzing current and future business processes. You will work in collaboration with the product owners to translate your findings into optimized and sustainable solutions. In addition, you will help us define new processes that drive our digital transition.

    • Identify current business processes and map future processes;
    • Facilitate the alignment of IT projects with business goals and objectives;
    • Confer with technical or functional experts at all levels, company-wide, internal / external, to obtain requirements, develop solution proposals, and coordinate implementation;
    • Proactively seek opportunities that will support business goals that enhance business performance and efficiency;
    • Capture requirements and develop impact analysis, including all communications and endorsements needed.


    • A Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration/Management, IS&T Management, Business Process Management, or related discipline is preferred;
    • Relevant experience can compensate for lack of ideal degree;
    • At least 2 years of work experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the field of customer facing applications;
    • Thorough understanding of planning, analysis, and testing techniques;
    • Previous experience in B2B e-commerce is a pro.

    • Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments and priorities
    • You are analytical, curious, entrepreneurial, sociable and you are passionate about innovation and new technologies.
