Job description
Work with the team to enable the organisation to steer on facts and the right insights at the right point in time. Working closely with the controlling team and the BI team in tech with the main focus on commercial steering. Using your coding skills (python/pyspark) to transform large sets of data into valuable business insights. Your knowledge of our data and processes allows you to approach business challenges from different perspectives. Presenting the outcomes to various stakeholders in the business. The role reports in to the Senior Business Analyst
- Supporting your stakeholders with relevant, transparent and clear insights and fact based advise with focus on value creation
- Perform data analysis and suggest improvements to business processes
- Designing ad hoc analysis on request for fact-based decision making
- Managing and creating the data pipeline and dashboards we use to steer our business
- Ensure consistency of definitions of KPI’s throughout dashboards and reports
- Participating in projects that require cross-functional engagement and internal stakeholders to fulfil objectives and satisfy project requirements
Qualifications
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- Master’s Degree in data science or econometrics domain
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of databricks, tableau, pyspark, python and sql
- Sound knowledge of statistics
- Experience with predictive analytics
- Experience in retail and/or e-commerce would be an asset
- Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
