    What you'll do:
    After several years of outsourcing our IT systems, we started to build on our own in-house IT team in 2019. The team is responsible for the global IT landscape within the company. As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for further strengthening the solid base that has already been laid out. To further support the quick growth of our business towards the future, the design and implementation of new systems is needed. This will allow us to bring new techniques and technologies to the trading floor. You will have the opportunity to pioneer and innovate on a global scale. Your tasks in a nutshell are:

    • Gathering requirements, understand the business and define solutions based on user needs;
    • Translate the requirements and solutions for the IT department;
    • Liaise with all stakeholders and coordinate between internal departments and external parties;
    • Performing functional testing to ensure requirements are met;
    • Communicating well with business people in sales, finance and HR roles, and helping turn their business requirements into functional solutions;
    • Align on priorities with the business and order project backlogs accordingly;
    • Spot dependencies in projects and ensure they are resolved;
    • Become the functional knowledge expert on our CRM/ERP systems.

    Who you are: .
    Required skillset:

    • At least 4 experience in a Business Analyst (or similar) role working Agile
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in IT & Business or equivalent;
    • Proven ability in capturing business needs and translating these to ready-to-develop solutions for software engineers. You are the bridge between Business and IT and speak both languages
    • Balance priorities and stakeholder management. You have the ability to manage conflicting stakeholders priorities and ensure that IT resources are used to the best interest of the
    • Project management. You make sure things are planned, spot and resolve dependencies ahead of time, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure development keeps pace. Where needed you also manage relationships with external vendors
    • Performing functional testing to ensure requirements are met;

    Desired skillset:
    two or more of these:

    • 2 years of experience working on a Business Intelligence project or team preferably with PowerBI (or equivalent tooling such as Tableau)
    • 2 years of experience working in on CRM, ERP, and/or low-code solutions preferably Dynamics 365 / Navision (or equivalent tooling e.g. SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Outsystems)
    • 2 years of experience working in trading operations specifically including activities/capabilities such as pricing, regulatory reporting, optimization, trade settlement, sales performance management
    • 2 years of experience working on custom development projects with challenging business logic, API design, integration challenges
    • 2 years of experience working on user-facing custom software solutions and proven ability to streamline user experience
