This is what your assignment looks like
As Business Analyst at Basic-Fit, you are the primary liaison between project stakeholders. The key focus of this role is to identify and structure the opportunities and challenges in our entrepreneurial organization and translate this into clear requirements for system and process enhancements that add value.
You will work together closely with business stakeholders and Project Managers from various areas of expertise, ranging from the commercial domain and product development to central support and operations . Your initial focus will be on commercial and digital projects, such as the development of our membership portfolio and digital propositions. However, as our business is continuously growing and evolving, so will your focus area. We can make this promise: you will never be bored in this position!
Identify, document and manage requirements from business stakeholders through techniques such as interviews, walk-throughs, surveys, and modeling;
Write user stories and acceptance criteria for new feature requests;
Map out potential solutions (technical, business process/procedural, etc.) that will maximize the value of the project;
Translate technical boundaries so that project/program stakeholders can understand, steer and make effective decisions.

Furthermore, we’re asking:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a multi-site company and/or membership driven environment;
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
Good communicating skills in a second language (e.g. French, Spanish or Dutch) is a plus;
Understanding of systems engineering and modeling concepts;
Tactful in difficult situations;
Ability to understand and respond to business needs in a rapidly changing environment.
