    Business Analyst

    The Role
    Do you have an affinity with insurance products? And do you enjoy making sure that insurance products are offered correctly and completely through our platforms? Do you have knowledge and experience with one of the software packages ANVA, CSS or Dias?
    Solera Nederland is looking for a business Analyst/Product Support Associate for its services in the Dutch Underwriting market with the products VPI, ATOSI and calculation & acceptance boxes.
    We are looking for an industry trained insurance expert with strong customer relation & computer skills to help support our group of clients: insurance companies and their distribution channel: brokers/mandates general sales agents (“volmachthouders”).

    What You’ll Do
    • Be a member of the VPI Maintenance team who will answer all customers-related issues with regards to the use of VPI product lines (VPI, ATOSI, calculation & acceptance boxes), that cannot be handled by first line support team
    • Responsible for ensuring the customer support you provide to our customer base is professional, meets set KPIs and ensures we achieve a positive outcome for the customer
    • Provide level 2/3 support to our customers, either by email or phone
    • Work with the VPI consulting team and Product Owner to enhance working processes, systems, tools and internal metrics, documentation
    • Reproduce reported issues
    • Refine fixed for reported issues and take care of solution together with development
    • Proficiently use the service desk and CRM software
    • Interact with 1st Line Support, VPI Consulting Team and – where needed – the development team
    • Document executed work into the Solera service system (ticket handling)
    • Customer related work will partly be a payable service (billable hours principle)
    • Reporting to customers on SLA and management information
    • Incident reporting
    • Coordinating tasks (requests for change, review changes, documentation)
    • Follow up alerts from monitoring

    What You’ll Bring
    • Demonstrated knowledge of the insurance industry (Property-Casualty )
    • Knowledge of insurance products and experience in translating these into product layouts in policy administrations
    • Experience with application management in ANVA, CCS or DIAS
    • A track record of delivering high quality customer service and support in a customer focused environment
    • Strong experience in Level 2 customer focused support in meeting SLAs
    • Well structured, Strong organisation skills. Ability to bring open issues to a close.
    • Excellent communication skills, strong customer focus and stakeholder management
    • Experience in service desk environments where documenting, monitoring, and resolving issues in a timely manner are important
    • Problem solving skills and the ability to ensure problems are managed efficiently and effectively
    • Good questioning skills and naturally inquisitive
    • HBO level education / working experience
    • Fluent in Dutch, with strong preference as first language.
    • Candidate must be working in the NL time zone and EU GDPR Zone.
