As a Business Analyst you will identify and support improvement initiatives in the area of planning, purchasing, inventory and availability as well as assist in their execution. The role aims to deliver optimization of the end-to-end Planning & Purchasing process and ensure data integrity.
Evaluate and develop opportunities to improve the Planning & Purchasing process
Coordinate reporting initiatives for end-to-end Purchasing process
Control and improvement of Forecast consumption process
Support the implementation of process enhancements including documentation, testing and training activities
Support new system user acceptance testing
Maintain in-season logistics data and support migration activities
Engage and partner with IT and other parties as required

SCM EMEA Functions (Deployment, Purchasing, Order Fulfillment and Supply Chain Development teams)

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Good knowledge of standard software applications (Excel, Access, Power Query) and SAP
Fluent in English (written and oral)
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University degree or equivalent
2 – 5 years working experience in Supply Chain Management and Logistics
Strong SAP AFS know-how in ERP and demand planning systems (SAP SCM DP and SNP modules, AFS, GPS)
Experience with BI dataset tools and Microstrategy reporting tools
