    Branding & Communication Lead for Lattiz

    FrieslandCampina is growing its Professional Business (B2B Food and Beverages) and looking to recruit an experienced Branding and Communication manager to lead Coffee for Europe. This role will be responsible for creating, activating in market, and continuously optimizing the Lattiz plan. About Lattiz Launched in 2015, to date we are in 10 countries, at 14,000 customers via 200 reselling partners. The Lattiz concept consists of a machine, a patented milk product, and related services. We have multiple partnerships with machine manufacturers, resellers, service partners, and subcontractors across Europe which make up its unique system.

    This role is critical since Lattiz is one of the key areas for growth for FrieslandCampina Professional.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 8 years in relevant Food/Food Service (preferably in beverages), B2B communication, or Consumer Packaged Goods regional marketing with demonstrated record of achievement and advancement.
    • Solid understanding of marketing strategy and tactics in a digital-first environment, specific prior experience in brand management or shopper marketing.
    • Experience in creating content and copy for different digital channels and their specific characteristics
    • Understanding of UX and CX in the different digital touchpoints
    • Indirect marketing knowledge/language and conception of activation concepts alongside customer journeys
    • Customer segmentation/personalization Strategies (experience with dynamic content creation)
    • Ability to execute in online and offline activities in market centrally
    • Prior P&L and budget ownership and understanding of accounting principles.
    • Willingness to travel alone and work flexible hours (e.g. attend Fairs on weekends, if needed).
    • Local and regional experience is a must, global experience is a nice add-on.

    Vacancy description

    Brand Stewardship (Lattiz)

    • Deeply understand customer needs and be able to translate this into actionable communication insights and content.
    • Work in tandem with the HORECA/Coffee & Tea channel teams to ensure relevance of branding and communication assets.
    • Ensure the consistency of all communication (Hero, Hub, Hygiene) with the brand guidelines: both at the time of development and execution in market.
    • Brand Operations: Prepare content and lead project team meetings, budget tracking, and be the key contact point for local sales teams.

    Communication and Activation Development (Lattiz)

    • Lead the acquisition of customer and machine placement (via lead generation)
    • Lead Always On content development & validation across multiple countries.
    • Lead message strategy and customer journey development to build multifunctional toolkits.
    • Lead development and production of marketing assets and experiences in support of the sales teams (e.g. Key Customer Activations, Brochures, Sales Training, Fairs, etc.)
    • Lead alignment of cross functional toolkit to overall message strategy.
    • Launch, monitor, and optimize assets in market.
