As a Brand Media Graduate, you'll have the opportunity to develop your marketing and digital skills alongside the Digital Enablement Team. You will support key functions related to managing media campaigns across a variety of paid social channels, with a primary focus on upper funnel initiatives. You will be working with internal stakeholders as well as external creatives and media partners to deliver media advertisements, plan campaigns, and manage relationships with media partners.

We are looking for someone who has a passion for digital marketing and keen to become a paid social media guru. The ideal candidate has experience in setting up and optimizing paid social campaigns within Meta Business Manager and other digital advertising platforms.

Based at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, Netherlands you'll be reporting to Almeri, the Paid Media Specialist.
As part of the role you'll:
Maintain frequent contact and relationship with media partners (Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.)
Work with internal stakeholders to set campaign objectives and craft a media plan that links back to our overarching brand and business objectives.
Execute, monitor and optimize paid & Organic social campaigns across different channels (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.) and report results to internal teams.
Create and analyze KPI reports with recommendations for future improvements.
Manage media creatives with internal and external stakeholders following brand and platform practices.
Work with our localization team to ensure advertisements are correctly translated and adhere to local market nuances.
Share best practices with key stakeholders related to channel-specific insights and creative content to deliver success for future campaigns.

What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience or internship at a multinational company within the marketing department considered an advantage.
Someone who has an analytical mindset with an ability to multi-task and manage tight deadlines.
Strong command of verbal and written English; additional European language is a plus.
Someone who is nothing short of meticulous in their work with a keen eye for detail and abhors errors.
Strong passion for digital marketing.
