As Brand Manager you are responsible for;
Based on consumer insights / understanding, define the Pro-ageing Brand Strategy, as part of the overall Nutricia Adult Strategy.
Build a winning (tested) marketing marketing mix, incl the innovation roadmap of product & services, together with selected pilot countries, cross functional teams & HA Acceleration Unit.
Show proactively how a possible roll out could look like for 2023+
Deliver with pilot countries validated business plans with clear NS, CO/NS objectives and defined competitive market (where do we play, how and with which potential)
Category building in strategically selected markets
NS growth with targeted CO/NS
Requirements Brand Manager FMCG
The ideal candidate is;
Experienced in consumer understanding & how to capture and transform key insights into relevant solutions
Experienced in Brand building & execution
Proactive, pragmatic solution needed, lead cross functional teams, global & local
Education: Business Administration, MKT Bachelor & Master (preferred)
Proven experience in FMCG min 6-10 years with focus on Consumer Understanding and Brand Strategy & Execution
Offer Brand Manager FMCG
Salary depends on your background but will be between € 7000 and € 7500 gross per month.
