Brand Manager, (Gum Health / Parodontax & Corsodyl)

As the Brand Manager for Gum Health (Parodontax & Corsodyl) at GSK CH, you will work closely with cross functional teams in Netherlands and Belgium as well as the Category and Expert team across the Northern Europe Business Unit. You will be part of a passionate, experienced and culturally diverse Marketing team, focused on building brands trusted by consumers and experts. Being the local Brand expert, you will bring global and Business Unit brand, portfolio and innovation strategies into the market for Netherlands and Belgium to win against competition.
Brand/ Category ownership at country level:
Execute the Brand Planning process at country level in line with Category and Business Unit guidelines.
Develop and implement marketing activities based on the annual plan
Carry out and follow-up campaigns
Develop corrective actions based on data analysis and tracking of country/brand KPIs
Lead country launch and activation plan for Innovations
Responsible for artwork of all products under brand responsibility
Implement global campaigns- continuously follow-up and evaluate results
Lead local implementation of assets (TVC, sponsor spots, radio, digital, outdoor)
Responsible for implementation of country media plan and managing content and updates of local brand websites
Responsible for Advertising & Promotion budget for category/brand(s) in local markets
Input to sales forecasting and monthly reporting
Contribution to budget and target processes
Secure professional relationship within the country and cross functional teams with an involving and result oriented perspective
Ensure all activities comply with company policies, relevant acts, legal demands and ethical standards
We are looking for professionals with these required skills:
Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, economics, commercial, business or equivalent,
Knowledge and experience of the consumer retail environment in the Netherlands and Belgium,
Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience with proven track record of achievements in leading FMCG companies or consumer health care,
Excellent commercial understanding managing the brand from a P&L perspective,
Experience of planning and execution of data driven digital marketing campaigns,
Strong analytic, strategic and organizational skills,
Demonstrated brand leadership capabilities, and the ability to work and engage within a cross-functional team,
Strong communication and presentation skills (in English, and Dutch and/or French)
