The CRM Analyst is responsible for improving user adoption and customer intimacy through exceptional user support, training, analytics, and continuous application improvement.
The Key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited the following:
Provide new user training and coaching
Diagnose and resolve tier 1 support issues and user questions.
Monitor usage /adoption statistics to identify patterns and proactively engage users to improve tool adoption through on-site training and sharing best practices.
Work with stakeholders to validate requests for new functionality and build appropriate business case to support effort.
Lead and champion small to mid-size initiatives/projects to improve adoption, processes, and functionality of the application.
Create and manage KPIs on select commercial processes.
Support larger projects through the detailed documentation of functional requirements and process diagrams, creating test scripts and use cases, and managing user communication targeting new functionality.
Manage user roles, profiles, teams/groups, record security, and necessary sharing rules to ensure data is protected. Perform periodic audits to ensure access aligns with business strategy.
Responsible for the creation and management of views, reports, and dashboards to improve stakeholder visibility.
Take initiative to create unique customer insights using leading sales indicators derived from data in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Provide local support for Commercial Reporting Power BI
3-5 years of experience as a sales or business analyst supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a B2B environment, preferred.
Experience in Chemicals Industry is preferred.
Customer focused with persuasive communication skills
Sales oriented with ability to forge partnerships with the various sales teams
Strong skills in data manipulation, analysis, and identifying trends
Skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint, Visio
Excellent written communication skills, focused on training and support documentation
Organized and methodical with intermediate project management capabilities
Works well in cross-functional and diverse environments
Highly motivated self-starter and problem solver
Education, Certifications & Licenses
Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline, management information systems, relevant certifications, or equivalent B2B experience
Microsoft Dynamics MCSA preferred
