Our BOTS creators are extremely important to us. We create the platform and the Botcreators are writing the trading algorithms. To ensure the quality of the platform, we are constantly looking for the best botcreators. By setting up regular meetings and events we maintain the engagement from these parties. As we are growing rapidly, we are expanding our team of Trading & Quant recruiters who will manage the relationship with new and existing botcreators. To facilitate this team, we are looking for a Botcreator Acquisition team lead!
About the role:
As the amount of Trading & Quant Recruiters and Support agents increases, they will need to be managed by an Botcreator Acquisition Team Lead who has the experience and personality to stimulate and motivate a sales style team.
On a day to day basis you will:
Day to day management of operations for the acquisition team;
Interview, Onboard and train new acquisition specialists (AS;
Manage and create SOPs for acquisition specialists;
Performance review of AS together with the head of department;
Provide support in important meetings with larger botcreator teams or when issues arise that an AS can or should not resolve by themselves;
Lead by example, by also doing acquisition;
Organize and attend events to attract new botcreators.
We are looking for:
Sales / acquisition experience;
Sales or relationship management experience;
Technical background, experience or strong interest to ensure this person can deeply understand the technical operations and can share this knowledge with the AS’s;
Knowledge of trading, knowledge of crypto is a plus;
Understanding of programming, actual programming experience is not the highest priority;
Fluent English, any other language are considered a plus;
