About Our Client

The Digital Performance Drive Billing Analyst plays a key role in ensuring our client realizes its commercial value from participants using the Secure Credential framework, Digital Authentication Framework, and EMV 3DS technologies. With SCA regulation now live in Europe the ecosystem is increasing its use of EMV 3DS to achieve regulatory compliance; Together with the acceleration of digital credential enablement, and adoption to further enhance ecommerce payments, the increased use of these technologies represent a significant revenue opportunity for our client. This role will be key in ensuring the client's meets its revenue targets across authentication and digital credential management. The ideal candidate is a skilled payments professional with experience in billing operations in a high-volume transactional industry.

Job Description

• Interpret and analyse complex transactional data driving billing events from various sources (e.g. authentication, authorization, tokenization data, lifecycle management)
• Accurately reconcile billing events to source files, and validate against budgeted targets
• Prepare regular billing files (monthly/quarterly) and liaise with the finance department to ensure regular billing is submitted into the billing run
• Prepare and upload of billing reports into client-facing portals and finance billing system
• Work directly with VDPD programme lead, performance managers, hub product and cluster product teams to advise on billing events, and proactively resolve billing anomalies
• Provide training to client support teams for L1/2 billing queries
• Provide L2/3 support for client billing queries
• Focus on continual process improvement with a drive to achieve maximum automation for reconciliation and billing

The Successful Applicant

• Educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience
• 3 to 5 years in financial services or payments business
• Experience in billing operations for large transaction processing organizations
• Highly proficient in managing data from a variety of distributed data sources with strong analytical skills
• Self-starter, highly organized with a strong attention to detail and achieving results
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills - able to present complex concepts in a simplified and concise manner that is tailored to the needs and understanding of key stakeholders
• Effective in working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
• Knowledge of Digital Credentials and Risk Products preferred (including Tokenization, lifecycle managements, Authentication (3DS) and authorization processing, Account Updater and others)
