You and your job Translating data from diverse sources (e.g., Engagement Scan, Organizational Growth Scan, Dashboards, Interviews, Observations) to insights and conclusions regarding desired and undesired behavior – in line with our goals to strengthen One Rabobank Culture and achieve our mission: Growing a Better World Together. As a Behavior Analyst you use data-driven insights to advise (top) management and colleagues on fostering desired behavior and help to avoid undesired behavior within Rabobank.
Signaling and realizing improvements in services, processes and products related to culture and behavior
Diving into undesired events to foster learning of the bank and avoid repetition
Collection & analysis and reporting data to management
Advising on realization of policies on desired behavior

Our Behavior Analyst team consists of two behavioral analysts (growing towards four), working together as one expert team. You and your talent
Master working and thinking level
Preferred background in behavioral sciences, e.g. (organizational) psychology, anthropology, sociology.
At least 5 years of experience with root cause analysis of organization cultures and advising on this topic
Knowledge of and experience with qualitative and quantitative data analysis (and related software)
Good analytical skills
Excellent organizational sensitivity
Fluently in English and Dutch
This is what we offer you
between €4.600 - €6.300,- gross per month in scale 10
