Responsibilities:

• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and acquire them as channel partners.
• Generating sales and meeting or exceeding company objectives 
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Training channel partner personnel and helping them to develop their skills.

Business Development Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Experience in managing channels and distribution networks
• Experience in electrical and IT sales, marketing or related field.
• Strong communication skills
• Proven entrepreneurial skills
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Strong KA abilities 
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM applications.
• Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
• Knowledge of Dutch and/or Central and East European languages is considered an advantage
