Your new role
As an Associate Food Safety and Plant Hygiene Manager you will be expected to maintain and consistently develop the Food Safety Standards at the Nijmegen production plant. You are in charge of annual reviews of the HACCP program to assure there is compliance with the FSSC22k as well as GB requirements while also reviewing the GMP and other pre-requisite programs that are being implemented on site. Along-side this, you will also be providing input in order to define the minimum Food Safety Testing requirements (contaminants) and consistently review these results. Furthermore, you will be expected to define the Food Safety standards of both the products and the raw material.
What you'll need to succeed
To be a successful Associate Food Safety and Plant Hygiene Manager you will need at least a BSc or higher in Food Safety Management, Food Science or a technical degree. You also need at least 6+ years in the Dairy industry (ideally pediatric/infant nutrition). HACCP qualification is also an absolute necessary pre-requisite. Furthermore, you have experience with FSSC22k auditing leadership. You have a background in developing Food Safety and HACCP teams. Lastly, Chinese GMP experiences is a big plus.
